AF Evans Development, Inc., is dedicated to the development, acquisition and rehabilitation of high-quality housing, serving all income levels. Our portfolio is distributed among the strongest rental markets on the West Coast with substantial promise for further growth in coming years.

Our project managers have diverse skills and experience in various specialties, including low-income, mixed-income, and market-rate housing; for-sale, multi-family, and urban mixed-use projects; and service-enriched living environments for seniors, Alzheimer patients, and the disabled. Our project managers are intimately familiar with market conditions, local decision-makers, and project fundamentals in each of our target markets.
